Privacy notice
Last updated 7 September 2026
This notice covers Voltaris LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #7259, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States. It explains what this website does with your data and what we do with information you send us. Questions go to hello@durgo.xyz.
What this website collects
Effectively nothing. This site is a set of static files. It sets no cookies, loads no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers, and has no account system. We do not build a profile of you, and there is nothing here to sell to anyone.
The one thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, kept in
localStorage under the key voltaris-theme. It stays on your device,
is never transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
The contact form
The form on the contact page does not send anything to us or to anyone else. It assembles the text you typed into a pre-filled message and hands it to your own email application. Nothing is transmitted, logged or stored by this website — if you close the tab without sending the email, no record of it exists anywhere.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare's network. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — to deliver pages and to protect against attacks and abuse. That processing is Cloudflare's, under their terms as our hosting provider. We do not maintain our own analytics on top of it, and we do not use those logs to identify visitors.
Email you send us
When you email us, we keep the message and your contact details for as long as needed to respond and, if we go on to work together, for the duration of the business relationship and any period afterwards required for tax, accounting or legal reasons. We use it to reply to you and nothing else: no newsletter, no marketing list, no sharing with third parties for their own purposes. Email reaches us through our email provider, which processes it on our behalf.
Client data during an engagement
Engagement work is governed by the contract and NDA we sign with you, which take precedence over this notice. In practice:
- We access client systems through named accounts you issue, scoped to the work.
- We ask for production data only when a task genuinely requires it, and prefer anonymized or synthetic data for development.
- We do not use client code or data to train models, or reuse it for other clients.
- At the end of an engagement we return or delete working copies on request, and ask you to revoke our access.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Email hello@durgo.xyz and we will respond within 30 days. Since this website collects nothing, such a request will almost always concern correspondence you have sent us.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, which is rather the point.
